录音视听资料证据可以作为证据使用?

Can audio and video clips be admitted as evidence?

未经当事人同意的私录视听资料,只要其录制方式没有违反法律禁止性规定,且内容真实客观,原则上会被司法部门采信。

As long as the recording method does not violate prohibitive provisions of laws and the contents are true and objective, video and audio clips recorded without consent of the other party concerned will be admitted by judicial departments in principle.

    广州人社局近日制定的《广州市紧缺工种(职业)目录(2014)年》(下称《目录》)规定,焊工、维修电工等49个工种列入广州市紧缺工种(职业),符合相关条件人员可入户广州。

    Guangzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau recently formulates a Catalogue of Urgently-Needed Types of Work (Occupation) of Guangzhou (2014) (hereinafter referred to as the Catalogue), specifying that 49 types of work, including welder, maintenance electrician etc., are urgently needed in Guangzhou and qualified employees may complete residence registration directly.

    上海市人社局近日发布通知,2014年办理申领城镇企业职工基本养老金手续的人员,在按规计发基本养老金后,再按本市对2013年企退人员计发基本养老金补充规定增加基本养老金。

    Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau recently issued a notice, specifying that the employees applying for and completing the formalities for the basic pension of urban employee in 2014 may acquire the supplemented basic pension according to Shanghai’s relevant regulations for retired employees in 2013 after acquiring the basic pension.

    51job.com, a HR service provider, recently released a Survey Report of Employer’s Recruitment Intention in 3rd Quarter of 2014, revealing that 88.5% of the surveyed employers intended to recruit more employees in the 3rd quarter of this year compared with the 3rd quarter of 2013, which continued the high growth of HR demand this year. 79.7% of the employers would increase their recruitment compared with the 3rd quarter of 2013.

    Yesterday, Beijing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau released the industry wages guideline of Beijing in 2014, covering 18 industries and stipulating that the minimum wages guarantee line is 18240 yuan, increasing by 1440 yuan year-on-year.

    The Social Survey Center of China Youth Daily made a survey among 13734 persons. 51.8% of them said that there were self-employed college graduates around them. And 66.6% of the interviewees considered the most important factor affecting college graduate’s entrepreneurship is from family.
