很多商业保险公司对意外医疗保险金的给付约定了“补偿原则”,意味着在其保险责任范围内,保险人仅对扣除已获得补偿后的剩余医疗费用,按照合同约定承担给付保险金责任。

Many commercial insurance companies may use the ‘the indemnity principle’ regarding the payment of medical treatment, which means that the insurance companies merely bear the rest part of the fee for medical treatment (after deducting the part that has been already compensated from other channels) within its insurance coverage.

  • 《上海市工伤保险实施办法》若干问题处理意见出台

    The stipulations concerning some issues in the Implementation Rules of Work-Related Injury Insurance of Shanghai were promulgated

    上海市人保局日前出台“关于实施《上海市工伤保险实施办法》若干问题处理意见的通知”。对工伤相关待遇、工伤医疗补助金等进行了规定,“通知”自9月起施行,有效期为5年。

    The Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Shanghai recently released a notice of the stipulations concerning some issues in the Implementation Rules of Work-Related Injury Insurance of Shanghai. These stipulations specified the benefits regarding work-related injury and the financial aid for medical treatment of work-related injury, which were implemented as of September for 5 years.

    Shenzhen: the benefits for outpatient service for serious illness will be linked with the years of insurance

    深圳日前开始实行新医疗保险办法,门诊大病待遇享受比例与其连续参保年限挂钩,连续参保时间未满12个月、满12个月未满36个月、满36个月的,医疗保险基金支付比例分别为60%、75%、90%。同时将地方补充医疗保险基金对大病门诊的支付比例提高到最高90%。

    Shenzhen begins to implement its new regulation of medical treatment, which specifies the benefits for outpatient service for serious illness will be linked with the consecutive length of insurance. In case such length is less than 12 months, more than 12 months but less than 36 months, or more than 36 months, the rate of payment from the medical treatment fund will be 60%, 75% and 90% respectively. In the meantime, this regulation also raises the rate of payment from local supplementary medical treatment fund for outpatient service for serious illness to 90%.

    Guangzhou: real estate developer will be fined for 10 thousand yuan in case of refusing to accept housing provident fund loans

    《广州市房屋交易监督管理办法》将在11月1日正式实施。其中规定,如果开发商拒绝或者限制购房者使用住房公积金贷款支付购房款,开发商将面临1万元的处罚。

    The Regulation on Supervision and Management of Property Transaction of Guangzhou will be formally implemented from Nov. 1st, which specifies if developer refuses to accept or restricts property buyers to use housing provident fund loans, the developer will be fined for 10 thousand yuan.

    Shenzhen: the business of social security may be handled by post office

    深圳市社保局透露,市社保局福田分局、罗湖分局推出创新服务,在“个人服务”网页已有34项社保业务可“邮政代办”。

    As revealed by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Shenzhen, its Futian Branch and Luohu Branch have launched a new service. On the web page of "Personal Service", 34 businesses of social security can be handled by post office now.

    福建省政府日前出台了《关于完善城乡居民基本养老保险制度的实施意见》,2015年1月1日起施行。该省城乡居民养老保险政府补助部分将提高,同时,城乡居民养老关系转移时个人账户储存额将一次性全额转出。

    The Government of Fujian Province recently promulgated the Implementation Rules on Improving the Basic Endowment Insurance System for Urban and Rural Residents, which will be implemented as of Jan. 1st, 2015. The government subsidy for such province's endowment insurance for urban and rural residents will be raised, and in the meantime, in case of transfer of endowment insurance of urban and rural residents, the deposit in their personal account will also be transferred in full.
