Protection of trade secret in talent flow

对于所有的企业而言,客户名单可谓是最普遍也是最重要的一种商业秘密。遗憾的是,并不是所有的客户名单都是可以予以保护的商业秘密。

    Shanghai Will Check Contribution of Housing Provident Fund

    上海市公积金管理中心日前发布消息称,10月下旬起,上海公积金管理中心将开展住房公积金缴存情况执法检查。不依法缴纳公积金的单位将申请人民法院纳入失信被执行人名单。

    Shanghai Housing Provident Fund Management Center recently released news that, it would check the contribution of housing provident fund in late October. The Center will apply to the local people's court to incorporate units that fail to contribute housing provident fund in compliance with law into the dishonesty list, which then will be enforced by force.

    Guangzhou: Contribution Ratio of Housing Provident Fund by Government Departments and Public Institutions Shall Not Exceed 12%

    广州住房公积金缴存比例日前变更。全市机关事业单位住房公积金单位和个人缴存比例统一为不高于12%。新规从2014年11月1日起执行。

    Guangzhou has changed the contribution ratio of housing provident fund recently, setting a 12% cap respectively for parts contributed by employing units and individuals for all government departments and public institutions of Guangzhou. The new regulation will be enacted from November 1, 2014.

    《广州市企业研发经费投入后补助实施方案》日前获得广州市政府常务会议审议并原则通过。只要广州市注册的企业投入研发经费,就可以获得财政补助。投入不足1亿元的,按支出额的5%补助;投入超过10亿元的,至少补贴2500万元。

    The Implementation Program of Guangzhou for Subsidies Granted to Enterprises after Making R&D Investments has been considered at the executive meeting of Guangzhou municipal government and adopted in principle. Enterprises registered in Guangzhou can get fiscal subsidies as long as they invest in R&D activities. If the R&D expenditure is less than RMB 100 million, the enterprise will get a subsidy at 5% of actual expenditure; if the R&D expenditure is greater than RMB 1 billion, the subsidy will be at least RMB 25 million.

    Guangzhou: Promulgating the Opinions to Regulate Cases regarding Refusal of Labor Remuneration Payment

    重庆市人社局近日印发《办理拒不支付劳动报酬案件的实施意见》,明确拒不支付劳动报酬,且超过人社部门责令支付期限7个工作日,有关组织或个人将被移送至公安机关立案侦查。

    Chongqing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau recently promulgated and printed the Opinions on Handling Cases Regarding Refusal of Labor Remuneration Payment. According to the document, relevant units or individuals that refuse to pay labor remuneration 7 workdays after the payment deadline ordered by relevant human resources and social security administrative department will be sent to the public security bureau for investigation.

    Implementation of the Regulations of Shanxi on Collective Wage Negotiation

    《山西省企业工资集体协商条例》将于明年1月1日起施行。其中规定,工资集体合同期限一般为一年,即劳资双方一般每年都应当就职工工资、津贴补贴等标准和支付方式等开展集体协商,并签订工资集体合同。

    The Regulations of Shanxi on Collective Wage Negotiation will be enacted from January 1 next year. Wherein, the Regulations provide that the term for collective wage contracts is usually one year. That is, the employing unit and the workers shall generally conduct collective negotiations on remuneration, allowance and subsidy standards as well as payment methods each year, and then sign collective wage contracts.

    智联招聘最新发布的就业信心指数显示,2014年第三季度, IT行业保持了高达40%的旺盛需求。紧随其后的通信、电信也超过第二季度的31%,达到36%的新高。

    Pursuant to the employment confidence index released by Zhaopin.com, IT sector maintained a strong demand up to 40% in the third quarter of 2014. The communications and telecom sector also exceeded 31% in the second quarter and came at a new high of 36%.

    财政部近日公布的数据显示,2013年企业职工基本养老保险基金收入20790亿元,支出16699亿元,其中,基本养老金支出16090亿元,比上年增加2632亿元。

    Data recently released by the Ministry of Finance show that, revenue and expenditure of basic endowment insurance fund for enterprise workers reached RMB 2.079 trillion and RMB 1.6699 trillion respectively in 2013. Wherein, spending on basic old-age pension was RMB 1.6090 trillion, increasing by RMB 263.2 billion compared with 2012.

    According to a survey conducted by the China Youth Daily Social Investigation Center, 36.7% of the surveyed say their career choice outlook has been impacted by the successful listing of Alibaba, 20.1% of whom stating the influence being "huge".
